How to Get Rid of a Yeast Infection – Here Are the Best Home Remedies to Cure a Candida Infection

A yeast infection (Candida) can be a big problem for a woman. However, before trying to get rid of a yeast infection, you have to first make sure that the problem is indeed Candida. Simply fill a bath with warm-hot water and pour some vinegar in it. You have to sit in the water for at least 45 minutes.

Garlic tampon: Everyone knows garlic is a miracle and has great antifungal properties. So, it can be very effective in how to get rid of a yeast infection. You can boil some garlic and drink its water, and this can successfully prevent Candida from happening. However, if you already have this condition, you can prepare a garlic tampon by simply peeling one clove of garlic and placing it in gauze, lubricating the gauze with olive oil and inserting it in your vagina. The tampon is best left there overnight.
