In this article, I will share with you some of the best cures for yeast infection that I know and experienced before.

But before I get into the meat of this article, I must also mention that different individuals may have different experiences. The best treatment for one may not be the best treatment for the other. This is because we all have different body immune system and lifestyle.

There are many ways to cure a yeast infection naturally but the best approach that I have experienced is the holistic approach.

A holistic approach means treating the root cause, not just suppressing the symptoms!

It is important to understand that yeast infection is an internal problem; it is caused by an overgrowth of a form of micro-organism known as Candida Albicans. This micro-organism is always present in our body in small quantity. However, under certain condition such as an imbalance occurs in our body\’s chemistry, Candida can start to grow exponentially.

When this happens, you will start to experience symptoms like rashes, unbearable itches, burning sensation, irritations and white vaginal discharges. These are some of the clear signs of yeast infection.

So what is the best natural treatment for yeast infection?

Some of the tips I am about to share with you below are very effective in clearing the symptoms. However, as mentioned earlier, you need to understand the root cause in order to avoid recurrence of infection.

First and foremost, AVOID foods that cause Candida Albicans to grow! For example, avoid food that is high in sugars and carbohydrates. Other foods that can cause yeast to grow are dairy products and beef (due to the antibiotics given to livestock during feeding). Instead, eat high fiber foods such as broccoli, celery, cabbage, onions, garlic, ginger root, turnips and kale.

Now, here are some easy tips you can follow to cure a yeast infection naturally…Add yogurt in your daily diet. Yogurt contains good bacteria (lactico-bacillus) that can help fight Candida. Drink organic apple cider vinegar. This stuff has a lot of health benefits and can help fight against Candida. Eat raw Garlic. I like to chop raw garlic and add it into my salads. Garlic has a property of curing infectious diseases and ward off bad bacteria. Vinegar Bath. Before you take a shower, fill up your bath tub, pour in a cup of vinegar and soak in for 15 minutes. Vinegar has the property to kill fungus and bacterial infections that cause skin rashes. Tea Tree Oil. Wash your vagina with soap and lukewarm water, dry it thoroughly with clean towel and then take a few drops of tea tree oil and rub it onto the infected area with a cotton ball. Tea tree oil is very soothing to the sensitive skin.Again, keep in mind that although these tips are effective, you must always remember to address the problem at its root cause if you are looking for a permanent cure.
